Carolyn Lewis, Mortgage Loan Originator/Branch Manager
To give you a little bit about myself I am a veteran of the Real Estate profession. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, been a licensed Real Estate Professional and am a homeowner myself. I have a true understanding of all sides of a purchase transaction and know the importance of communication to all parties to make the deal close. I started my financial career in Seattle with Washington Mutual back in 1991 and have continued to grow in the industry through various aspects of the business. I have had the honor being on Congressman Bill Posey’s Financial Roundtable in 2010 and in 2011. I have been an Underwriter and processor as well as a Mortgage Loan Originator. At Certified Mortgage Planners we have the unique ability to broker our loans as well as a direct lend. What this means for you is that we have multiple options to choose from and are a full service lender which allows us to help our clients fit in the best possible financing. My greatest satisfaction in my career is helping people in our community achieve homeownership, whether it is their 1st home, their last home or investment and helping people fairly and ethically. I work with people in all price ranges and no matter what the objective is, I will be there from start to finish. I feel truly blessed to be a part of such a great business and enjoy the challenges that it sometimes brings.
Noelle Gatling, Marketing Director
Sometimes things in our lives put us directly on the path to the best things that will happen to us. Noelle has made a few twists and turns in her career and very blessed to be a Marketing Director at Certified Mortgage Planners. Before joining Certified Mortgage Planners, she worked at Seminole County Public Schools, and while she was there she received the honor of being school related employee of the year in 2013. Her smart and innovated programs keep our messaging on point and helps to educate our borrowers. Her assistance with Realtor flyers, Open House events, and Property Reports greatly helps our Realtors get out to the word about their properties. In a very competitive and over saturated mortgage world, her branding helps showcase our abilities and sets CMP apart from the competition. Go getter and sports lover, Noelle is a mother to her son Blake, a student at Lyman who is involved in the Theater program, Lymlight Productions. Noelle loves spending time with her crazy, fun and beautiful family. When Noelle is not working diligently on the brand and establishing CMP's personality , you can find her watching a soccer game, planning where she wants to travel, and trying to keep up with her ever growing son.
Melissa Erlacher, Relationship Manager
Melissa Erlacher joined Certified Mortgage Planners from Bank of America where she is successfully served as the branch manager’s Executive Assistant and Processor for 5 years. Melissa is one of our Relationship Managers and has been working at CMP for over 12 years and sees her primary role as creating “Raving Fan” clients who are excited to tell others about us. Melissa is a trusted teammate and plays an integral role in the world-class mortgage experience our clients receive and deserve. Melissa is a lifelong resident of Orlando, FL. She is married to a Fireman/EMT, and is a proud mother to their daughter Harlyn.

Connie-Ellen Riczu, Client Care Coordinator
Connie is our Client Care Coordinator for our team at Certified Mortgage Planners. She coordinates order-outs such as appraisals, title work, surveys, employment verifications, etc. She is customer service oriented and has a strong understanding of the company’s purpose and values.
